Data can be transferred electronically onto Pension Master from any other
software package. Standard programs are available for converting
data from most other systems.
The steps taken in the data conversion phase generally consist of:
- obtain details of all data held on current system and it's use.
- produce
a formal data map, showing how the fields on the current system
map to those on Pension Master.
- once
this has been agreed with the client, our staff will carry out
a trial data conversion to ensure the data mapping is satisfactory.
At this stage, pertinent check totals are produced and validated
against the current system.
- following
the acceptance of this by the client, a live conversion of the
pension scheme data takes place.
This is once again validated against the current system to ensure
the total integrity of your data.
