Implementation |

L&P Systems believe that a successful implementation of Pension Master requires careful planning to take into account individual client needs, the scheme design and the location and format of existing data. All implementations are managed by an experienced project leader. A recognised project software package is used to produce a formal project plan, outlining the various tasks, assigning responsibilities and defining appropriate timescales. Several main areas are identified - installation of software, data conversion (both test and live), user training, development of calculation formulae and design of output documents (benefit certificates, standard letters and reports, etc.) - and are incorporated into the overall project plan. |
This plan is then used as a guide to the progress of the system implementation from the signing of the licence agreements through to the completion of the project. Regular project updates are issued to those involved in the implementation to enable appropriate action to be taken if circumstances change. We have huge experience in implementing systems and we know the importance of getting an implementation in accurately and correctly first time. This provides the basis of a successful future relationship with our clients and ensures maximum operating efficiency of the system with the minimum of support in the future. |
