Pension Master Online

 

Pension Master Online is an add-on for your company website or Intranet which allows members of your scheme to have on-line access to their pension scheme record in a controlled and secure way.

Members have access via a username/password combination and once on-line can:

  • view/request changes to their personal details e.g. surname, marital status
  • check their current fund value
  • check their current investments
  • request switches of investments
  • run benefit quotations
  • For those employees who are not yet members of the scheme, it provides a link to your pension scheme booklet and outlines details of who runs the scheme so they can contact them and request further details.

Pension Master Online allows full customisation of the look and feel of the generated web pages to reflect your corporate identity and your individual company preferences.

The website automatically interacts with the Pension Master database to retrieve data in real-time but does not write any changes requested by the user directly back to the database. Instead, it generates a note to the scheme administrator requesting them to make the changes and once validated is actioned by the administrator. This ensures the integrity of your data whilst at the same time maintaining the flexibility of real-time data access.

Pension Master Online provides instant on-line answers to everyday questions, which will release your administrators from the day to day queries that commonly crop up and enables them to concentrate on providing an improved service to the scheme members. It also allows your members to make more informed choices on their pensions through the provision of better information on their scheme benefits.
