Background: L&P Systems Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of L&P Group Limited, an independent financial services and systems group, providing software packages for the administration of employee benefit schemes and a comprehensive range of pension services, investment consultancy and resource management services.

L&P was established as a life and pensions brokerage in 1962. In 1987, the company's activities were dramatically expanded with the assistance of a venture capital partner.

The success of the Group enabled the directors and senior staff to acquire the holding of the venture capital partner in 1997.

Today, the Group operates from offices in Ireland and the UK and has built up an enviable reputation both in financial services and software solutions.
