L&P Systems Limited provide friendly and responsive support for all our software.

All our support staff come from a pension administration background which means they will more easily relate to your problems. We also encourage the allocation of specific support staff to specific clients so as to ensure continuity of support.

We aim to solve most queries immediately. If this is not possible, we will set out the proposed remedial work and timescales involved so the user is kept informed at all times.

Clients are encouraged to provide a modem/ISDN link into their systems so as L&P Support can diagnose any problems and carry out remedial work with the minimum of disruption.

All support calls are logged and internal procedures ensure that all calls are answered in a timely and accurate manner.
