Key Personnel

Mark Crump is Chief Executive. Mark joined in 2004. Prior to L&P he held senior roles in third party admin and other systems software organisations. His expertise in the design and implementation of pensions admin systems has been key to the growth of L&P Systems over the past few years.

Joan Whelan is the company’s Manager of Irish Operations. She was formerly the manager of L&P Financial Trustees Limited, before devoting her expertise to Pension Master in 1996. She has an enviable reputation in the installation of Pension Master in numerous organisations, setting up formulae and output documents for schemes ranging from highly complex to more straightforward. Joan oversees client training and support for Irish based clients.

Geoff Brown is the company’s Business Development Manager. Prior to joining L&P in July 2004, Geoff worked in pensions administration as both a business analyst on the administration side and as a systems configurer within a technical team. He is responsible for product sales, marketing and for existing client development.
