Pension Master evolved from the dissatisfaction of L&P Group with other pension administration systems on the market in late 1987. At the time we were looking for software with which we could administer schemes ourselves as third party brokers. It was designed from the outset by pension administrators and not computer programmers who thought they knew something about pensions. We thus have a very easy to use package which is written in terms that will immediately be identifiable to pension administrators. |

Initial training normally takes about 1 to 2 days and will typically be carried out at the clients premises. After the initial training, we suggest the client familiarise themselves with Pension Master for a few weeks on their own. We will then return to the clients premises and give a further days training to users who will by that time have identified the areas of the system they require further assistance with. We find this works more effectively than some other providers training which may be too structured or formal and does not address the needs of the individual client. Obviously, if you require a more formal training program, we would be delighted to discuss your requirements with you. |
