Our priority is our client experience and offering a great product and service, this means our Customer Support Team is key.  

Every day is different and your role will be to investigate any query or issue raised through our online help desk or dedicated phone line. It will be your responsibility to smoothly resolve these issues with the support of our software development team and client services team.  The issue raised will be managed by you from start to finish and it will be your responsibility to resolve and close, assisting the client every step of the way. 

This job requires a mix of both IT and customer services skills, excellent phone manner and written and verbal communication skills are required. Any programming skills would be an advantage, attention to detail and problem solving skills are essential. 

The varied nature of this role will require you to have a diverse skill set, great time management and a motivated work ethic. 

The development of our applications relies on Microsoft SQL Server, therefore the ability to write with confidence SQL Stored Procedures, Views and Functions is essential.

You will receive all required training on all our systems.

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

  • Microsoft – full Suite

  • Managing databases using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio

  • Experience of SQL language

  • Alternative programming knowledge
