Apply For Our Implementation Consultant Position

In this role, you will be a core member of our Customer Support Team and be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients to develop and maintain our bond with them. Your focus will be to deliver excellent software consultancy to our cross section of existing and future clients. You will gain in depth knowledge of their business requirements and processes, through regular meetings, clearly identifying their actual aims and needs. You will be expected to gather this information, produce specifications and configure the functionality requested, including but not limited to, the configuration of workflows, data maintenance screens, interfaces with other systems, pensioner payroll, data migrations, reports and benefit calculations.

To be successful as an Implementation Consultant, you will be proficient in the use of T-SQL, xml. You must have comprehensive technical knowledge and your communication skills must be first-rate as you will be working closely with the client, evaluating feedback and gaining approval to move forward at each step of the project. Site visits and occasional travel be will required.  

You will also be responsible for educating the clients on how to use our products and work with the training team to ensure that all clients can confidently use the software. 

You will manage a diverse workload including multiple parallel tasks and you will prioritise your time and tasks effectively alongside the demands set on the team. Therefore, it is vital that you fully engage with the team, including those working remotely. 

You will receive all required training on all our systems.

Experience:

  • Configuring or developing pensions or financial services software

  • Microsoft – full Suite

  • Managing databases using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio

  • Experience of T-SQL

  • Alternative programming knowledge
