We were so pleased to be able to invite our Irish team over to the UK office and host our annual Christmas get together for 2022 to reflect on the year gone, discuss our current and future projects and our strategy for 2023.
Our managing director, Geoff Brown, presented a reflection over the last year and how we have continued to scale and develop. Some of our biggest achievements, within the company have been completing many large collaborative projects with clients, investing in team education, wellness and generating new business, as well as maintaining and developing our relationships with our current clients. We cannot thank our team enough for the hard work and commitment they have given to the company to help us to get to where we are today.
Following the formalities, it was into the city of Liverpool to celebrate, feeling excited about the future.
We organised for our team to have a very competitive game of bowling, with some taking the game much more seriously than others! Some of the team have been hiding their talents and surprised us all with their best bowling technique... and some of the team.. well, lets say they hold skills better suited for software development!
The evening continued with food and cocktails and well awaited quality time together as a team, further building the fantastic bond we have at the Life & Pensions Family.
Next year is a big year for both the company and our clients, with important deadlines to be met and big projects to build on together. We look forward to continuing to support our clients with their goals and aspirations for 2023.
